Introduction

"ECG Made Simple on the Web - Practice series 001" is a web-based ECG tutorial program for cardiology and internal medicine residents who are preparing for their final specialty exams. It is the first of a series of programs that will address the needs of various groups of learners. We are aiming at providing the users with ECG tracings and clinical cases to test their knowledge and practice their skills. New learning material will be posted at regular intervals. Future edition of this web portal will allow the residents to practice using a testing format similar to that of the certification exams. The glossary section enables the user to search for definitions, criteria, and examples from a list ECG diagnoses. Links to additional learning materials will also be available. |
